Coaching

Pat  is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, with extensive training in the Co-Active® Coaching method, so she can provide life coaching in “artful living” to those who would like to find more balance in their lives.

As a coaching client, you design your own solutions to live a life that’s consistent with your personal values and passions, in collaboration with a coach who can help you see your life from a different perspective and work with you to spend time and resources in ways that further your values.

As a writer herself, Pat also offers specialized coaching for writers and artists of all kinds who struggle with making time for their art.  It involves making space physically, emotionally and on the calendar for this important creative work.

Whether she’s coaching toward artful living or working with those who want more time for their art, Pat’s underlying philosophy is that attitude shapes the trajectory of our lives – a lesson that came home to her some years ago during a hang gliding lesson.  Her account of  the “lesson she learned during the lesson” is posted here and accounts for the name of her business, I Can Fly, LLC.

Pat answers the most frequently asked questions about her coaching practice in the FAQs section of  this site, and she invites you to contact her directly with additional questions through her website contact form.
